Holy Trinity Grad 2026
FORT McMURRAY — Holy Trinity Catholic High School is celebrating its graduating class of 2026, with school leaders praising students for their resilience, achievements and commitment to faith throughout their high school years.
Principal Lou Ann Demers-Noble said the graduating class distinguished itself both inside and outside the classroom, from athletics and performing arts to overcoming unexpected challenges together.
In a message to graduates, Demers-Noble described the class as remarkable, resilient and spirited, recalling accomplishments on the sports court, performances on stage and memorable experiences during a graduation retreat to Edmonton.
She encouraged students to carry kindness, integrity and faith with them as they move into the next stage of their lives.
Demers-Noble said graduates will always remain part of the Holy Trinity school community and referred to them as “Knights for life.”
Fort McMurray Catholic Board of Education chair Dale Barfoot also congratulated the graduates, recognizing both their academic accomplishments and the personal qualities developed during their time within the Catholic school system.
Barfoot said faith, kindness and perseverance helped guide the students through their educational journey and encouraged them to continue demonstrating compassion, courage and service as they pursue post-secondary studies, careers and other opportunities.
He told graduates they will always have a home within the Fort McMurray Catholic Schools community.
Graduation ceremonies across the region are continuing as students prepare to celebrate the completion of their high school education and begin the next chapter of their lives.
