Principals and vice-principals appointed at eight schools for fall 2025
Fort McMURRAY, AB. —Fort McMurray Public Schools are announcing a series of leadership changes for the upcoming school year, with a mix of familiar faces and new additions taking on key roles.
Robyn Kuseler has been named Vice-Principal of Dr. K.A. Clark Public School, Marina Swagers is stepping into the same role at Westwood Community High School, and Jen Africa becomes Vice-Principal of Christina Gordon Public School. David Hurley will serve as the new Principal of Greely Road School, while Abbi Easton takes over as Principal of Beacon Hill School.
Debbie Peddle has been appointed Principal of Walter and Gladys Hill Public School. Meanwhile, Heather Redfurn joins Dave McNeilly Public School as Vice-Principal, and Denise Morris takes on the Vice-Principal position at École McTavish High School. The school board says it is proud to welcome these leaders to their new roles and is looking forward to a successful year ahead.
