Multiple virtual sessions are being held to talk about the importance of sport and mental health.

The FMCSD Saints are hosting the events next week on Twitch where people can hear from multiple professionals.

This includes Kurtis Pankow, a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Alberta and coach with the Golden Bears Football Team, and Shannon Pynn, who’s also a Ph.D. Student at the University of Alberta and a member of Team Alberta’s curling team.

This event is not exclusive to football, with anyone interested in developing skills to foster resiliency able to take part.

The first session takes place on March 10 at 6 p.m. with the next two on March 11 and 12 starting at 5 p.m.
