Two people have died after a single-vehicle collision outside of Janvier.
Wood Buffalo RCMP were called to Highway 881 around 12:40 a.m. on Thursday after reports of a vehicle colliding with a moose.
The driver and a passenger in the back seat both died at the scene, while two other passengers were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The Mounties along with the RCMP Collision Analyst continue to investigate the accident.
The names of the two who passed away are not being released.
