I can’t get the audio stream to work, any suggestions?
Access to the audio stream is unavailable outside of Canada. If you are located in Canada and the audio stream is not working, please make sure that your device is connected to the internet via your data provider, or through a Wi-Fi connection. Also, ensure you have enabled cellular data in your device settings.
Do I need a Wifi connection to use this app?
This app does require an internet connection via Wifi or cellular data.
Why should I sign up?
Signing up for the app lets you quickly enter contests, comment on blog articles and join conversations within the activity stream.
How do I sign-up?
You can register by navigating to the “Sign Up” page in the menu. You can use Facebook Login or use your email. If you are already registered for our website, you can reuse your existing username and password.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
You can enable or disable notifications by going to the “Settings” page in the app menu.
How do I chat with a Host?
You can use the “Compose” feature to chat with your favorite host(s) while they’re live on the air.
Why didn’t my comment show-up?
Comments submitted to the app are moderated for compliance with our guidelines. As a result, not all comments submitted may appear.
What happened to my old app?
We’ve updated your previous app in order to offer new functionality and experiences.
