Health Canada is recalling some Gerber brand baby cereals.
Gerber’s Oat Banana & Mango Baby Cereal may be contaminated with Cronobacter. Health Canada says infants infected by the bacteria may experience symptoms ranging from mild to fatal.
The affected cereal was sold across Canada in 227-gram packages with a best-before date of May 30, 2025.
Health Canada says people who find the recalled product should throw it out or return it to the location where it was purchased.
