AB Grandma Kicks Ass At Planking

Damn, DonnaJean Wilde! The 58 year old from Alberta just beat the women’s record for longest plank by 10 minutes to set the new bar at 4hrs 30min 11sec. I doubt I could hold one for four and a half minutes. The record breaking challenge took place at the school Wilde used to work as Vice Principal prior to retiring. She credits her planking longevity to practice, as she regularly reads and watches full movies in the planking position. <- Another fact that will definitely pop back into your brain while you’re sitting on your couch scrolling through Netflix with cheesie-dusted fingers.
