The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) is activating Winter Maintenance Zones (WMZ) 1 and 2.
From February 19 – 23rd crews will be conducting winter maintenance in subzones one and two, and on-street parking restrictions will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. during each designated day for winter maintenance.
The Municipality is relaxing WMZ 3 and 4 this week, and no parking restrictions will be in effect.
Each residential street in Fort McMurray is assigned a WMZ by the Municipality, along with a designated day for maintenance. Residents can find their zone and maintenance day by looking for information on posted street signage, calling The Pulse, or by using the Find Your Zone too.
