If you’ve ever thought about a career in law enforcement, the RCMP would like to meet you.
The Wood Buffalo detachment is hosting a career night at Keyano College on November 28th at 5 p.m. The event will include a presentation on the national police force including candidate requirements, how to apply, and what policing looks like at the municipal, provincial, and national levels.
Seargent Sabrina Clayton Public Information Officer with the Wood Buffalo RCMP says the force offers an incredibly diverse range of career paths from coast to coast to coast.
The night will offer a chance for people to meet with officers and discuss what life in the force is like as well as ask any questions.
