The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) is relaxing all Winter Maintenance Zones (WMZ) this week.

Residents will not be required to move their vehicles from on-street parking during their sub-zone’s designated snow-clearing day.

All regular parking rules remain in place across the RMWB, but the municipality isn’t bringing the plows into WMZs just yet.

The Municipality says anyone can sign up for automated updates on snow removal by simply visiting the RMWB website.
