A Georgia man caught a speeding ticket (after cruising 90mph in a 55mph zone!) that came back with a fee of $1.4 million. It was apparently a “placeholder” amount, and the actual charges can’t get to be much more than $1000. Who can afford to be speeding like that in this economy?!
