The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) is moving Planning and Development along with their Engineering Services offices.

Starting October 20, Planning and Development and Engineering and Services at Timberlea Landing will be permanently moving to the first floor of the Jubilee Plaza downtown. With the move, cashier, and drop-in services in Timberlea will close at noon on the 20th.

Cashier services, for taxes, bills, transit passes, and licensing purposes, continue to be available at the Jubilee Building from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

RMWB says drop-in permitting services will become available at the Jubilee Building starting Oct. 23, during regular business hours. They ask clients to be mindful there may be some minor delays in processing times over the next couple of weeks as this transition takes place.
