Airdrie RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance locating a person who went missing in 1995.

Jason Arthur Misurko, also known as Jason Bright, was 23 years old when he was reported missing on September 17, 1995.

RCMP says Jason left Airdrie for Fort McMurray to look for work.

RCMP say he picked up a hitchhiker on the way and the two then left Fort McMurray for Valleyview, where Jason was last seen.

Jason owned a blue 1978 Oldsmobile Omega at the time of his disappearance.

When Jason went missing in 1995, he was described as 5’8″ tall, between 135 and 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

At the time of his disappearance, he had tattoos which included a skull on his right arm, a Playboy bunny and hangman on his right forearm, a skull on his left arm, and a devil on the upper area of his left arm, but it is unclear if he still has them.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Airdrie RCMP at 403-945-7200 or submit a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
