While the evacuation of Fort Chipewyan remains in progress, FuseSocial and Volunteer Wood Buffalo are issuing a call for assistance.

The organizations are actively seeking volunteers to provide general support to the evacuees from Fort Chipewyan.

The responsibilities of these volunteers would involve engaging with the evacuees while strictly adhering to social distancing protocols.

Additionally, volunteers will aid in the registration process by completing forms, offering information, and sharing available resources.

They may also be requested to assist in the transportation of information and forms to and from the registration center.
