A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Timberlea on Wednesday night.

On May 3, 2023, at 8 p.m., RCMP responded to a collision at Millennium Drive and Rainbow Creek Drive.

The collision involved a 44-year-old female pedestrian, who was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The vehicle driver was charged with Failure to Yield to a Pedestrian in a Crosswalk as per Sec 41(1) of the Use of Highway and Rules of the Road Regulation.
