The Anzac Fire Department will receive a $20,000 donation to purchase a snowmobile.

Keyera Energy Corp. has donated money for the Regional Emergency Services to purchase the snowmobile.

The snowmobile will enhance safety and response capacity for those that reside in Anzac.

Mayor Sandy Bowman also highlighted the potential use for finding people lost in the backcountry.

This purchase will not require any municipal funds.
