The RMWB is declaring the end of the winter maintenance season.

Come April 15, crews will move on to warmer weather tasks.

“All subzones will be relaxed April 10 – 14 with the completion of the snow removal operation and the arrival of warmer weather,” stated the RMWB.

With multiple days of plus temperatures, crews are regularly checking storm drains to ensure water can drain properly.

“Some pooling of water on streets should be expected as the snow melts,” says the RMWB.

The RM states you can report a blocked storm drain to Pulse, and crews will inspect it.
