RCMP investigating vandalism to transit shelters across Fort McMurray

Wood Buffalo RCMP is investigating the vandalism to 23 transit shelters across the region.

RMWB Transit reported to the police, the damage to the bus shelters occurred sometime between December 26-28.

The RCMP say through its investigation, they deemed the damage was caused by someone using an airsoft or pellet gun.

The damaged shelters are located on:

  • Dickins Drive
  • Athabasca Avenue
  • Cornwall Drive
  • Real Martin Drive
  • Signal Road
  • Brett Drive
  • Beacon Hill Drive
  • Eglert Drive
