The Alberta Government is giving you a $75 rebate on your January and February utility bills, and a $25 rebate on your March and April Utility bills.
We are expanding the electricity rebate to help millions of Albertans pay their utility bills throughout the winter. Albertans will receive $75 rebates on their January and February utility bills, with another $25 in both March and April.

Through the Affordability Action Plan, the monthly rebates will be applied directly to eligible electricity bills.
The discount will be applied each month appearing as a credit on your bill listed under the “GOA Utility Commodity Rebate”
Consumer will automatically receive the rebate. You will not need to apply for it.
The Government says you are eligible for the rebate if you are an electricity customer who is connected to the system and receive a monthly bill directly from a utility provider and consumed less than 250 megawatt hours of electricity within the past year.
