Residents looking to enhance the communication between the people of Fort McMurray Wood Buffalo and the RCMP now have the chance.

The Community Advisory Committee is looking for members of the public to serve as committee members that will meet once a month at the Wood Buffalo RCMP Detachment in Timberlea.

This committee will work to assist the RCMP and Bylaw Service in creating and maintaining a more approachable relationship with members of the public.

Members of the committee will include representatives from individuals from multi-cultural communities, school boards, business owners, students, seniors, residents, Bylaw Services and the RCMP.
