Wood Buffalo RCMP are seeking witnesses to a fatal motor vehicle collision along Hwy. 881 just outside of Anzac on Tuesday.

On May 17, RCMP, Fire, and EMS responded to a 911 call of a single-vehicle rollover near mile marker 281.

Upon arrival, crews found that the driver of a Black 2015 Dodge 3500 Mega cab had been ejected from the vehicle during the collision.

The 26-year-old male driver from Calgary was pronounced deceased at the scene.

A preliminary investigation discovered that the truck was heading south from Anzac on Hwy. 881 when it veered into the ditch striking an approach which caused it to roll.

Investigation into the collision is ongoing.
