Police are seeking public assistance in locating a suspect wanted in an armed robbery in Fort McMurray.
On Friday, Mar. 25, the suspect entered a business and attempted to leave with $50 worth of liquor without paying.
As staff attempted to approach the suspect, the man pulled out a pocketknife and left the store.
Police say the suspect fled on foot towards Thickwood Boulevard.
The suspect is described as:
- Male with a light complexion
- Wearing Black sunglasses
- Wearing a black jacket with a hood up
- Carrying a dark coloured “Reebok” backpack
