Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo’s (RMWB) contact line will be down this weekend.

The RMWB Pulse line is down due to technical difficulties.

Residents with urgent inquires are asked to call their temporary number 780-743-0120.

The Pulse line is the number residents are expected to call for immediate issues that require a timely response.

RMWB claims that this change to the temporary line will not impact response times.
