The free rapid test kits have arrived in the RMWB.

Mix News Reporter Shawn Crites grabbed one in Thickwood at the Fort McMurray Community Health Services building at around 10:30AM on Friday.

When talking with an AHS rep, they said the Community Health Services building had plenty of kits, and the day has been steady handing them out.

According to the AHS rep, the Thickwood Medical Plaza building is going to hand them out starting around 1 PM on Friday.

The AHS South Zone had tweeted out that on Friday morning at 9:15 AM all the rapid test kits in Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Pincher Creek and Coaldale were handed out.

They noted that each community only received around 400 kits.

The following places will be offering rapid test kits in the RMWB:

• Fort McMurray Community Health Services
• Thickwood Medical Plaza
• Anzac Community Health Services
• Janvier Municipal Building
• Conklin Multiplex
