Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 have decreased across the province.

As of yesterday, there was a total of 519 people in the hospital due to the virus.

ICU numbers have decreased to 100.

There are 5,828 active cases in Alberta with 123 in Fort McMurray, and 9 in the rural areas.

The 7 day rolling average positivity rate across the province is 4.7 per cent, meanwhile in the North Zone it is 11 per cent.

To date, there has been 3,188 deaths due to COVID-19, 18 of which have been in Fort McMurray and 2 in the rural areas.
