Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 continue to decrease across the province.

As of yesterday, there was a total of 836 (-32) people in the hospital due to the virus.

ICU numbers have increased to 183 (+1).

There are 9,267 (-214) active cases in Alberta with 181 (-20) in Fort McMurray, and 27 (-1) in rural areas.

The 7 day rolling average positivity rate across the province is 6.3 per cent, meanwhile in the North Zone it is 14 per cent.

To date, there has been 3,063 (+12) deaths due to COVID-19, 18 of which have been in Fort McMurray and 2 in the rural areas.
