Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 continue to decrease across the province.

As of yesterday, there was a total of 810 (-26) people in the hospital due to the virus.

ICU numbers have increased to 184 (+1).

There are 8,733 (-534) active cases in Alberta with 182 (+1) in Fort McMurray, and 29 (+2) in rural areas.

The 7 day rolling average positivity rate across the province is 6.1 per cent, meanwhile in the North Zone it is 13.4 per cent.

To date, there has been 3,073 (+10) deaths due to COVID-19, 18 of which have been in Fort McMurray and 2 in the rural areas.
