Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 continue to decrease across the province.

As of yesterday, there was a total of 912 (-16) people in the hospital due to the virus.

ICU numbers have decreased to 201 (-3).

There are 10,434 (-390) active cases in Alberta with 243 (+4) in Fort McMurray, and 19 (+5) in rural areas.

The 7 day rolling average positivity rate across the province is 7.1 per cent, meanwhile in the North Zone it is 15.9 per cent.

To date, there has been 3,014 (+8) deaths due to COVID-19, 18 of which have been in Fort McMurray and 2 in the rural areas.
