The Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce and Startup YMM are partnering up for Small Business Week.
Running from October 17th to the 23rd, they are encouraging the region to shop local with this historic partnership.
Together the Chamber and Startup YMM are offering 6 contest prizes valued at over $13,000 – 3 prizes for businesses, and 3 for community members.
Three Love.Shop.Local prepaid gift cards will be awarded to residents – $5,000 for first prize, $3,000 for second prize and $2,000 for third prize.
Also, the business tagged by the winners will receive a “Scale up and Growth” service package from Startup YMM.
The contest runs until Saturday October 23rd at 11:59 PM MST, with the winners announced on October 25th.
