A wallet sized COVID-19 immunization record is coming to the MyHealth Records website.

The printable card will be available beginning September 16, with the option to display it on a phone or a tablet.

The Government of Alberta is also working to bring a QR Code that will be a more secure and faster way to show proof of vaccination.

Proof of vaccination is not required by the GoA in Alberta, however other provinces have begun to require it for entry to many establishments and services.

Albertans looking to get their proof of vaccination on MyHealth Record will first need a MyAlberta digital I.D.
