Keyano Theatre’s Drama Force is presenting Disney’s Moana Jr.

Over a three-week span, 31 young individuals from the region have put together an entire musical.

Music Director Jenny Price tell Mix News it was a quick but rewarding time to fit everything in to produce the play.

“From learning the music to casting the show, to learning the lines and the choreography, to where they have to be. It’s quite the accomplishment.”

Price, who portrayed Aliide Truu in Purge with Theatre; Just Because, adds it’s simply just great to be back in the theatre again.

“It’s been a strange time warp the past year and a half. I am so excited everyday I get to come in here with 31 kids who are all thrilled to be here.”

Disney’s Moana Junior will have a total of three shows.

There’s a double feature happening Friday, August 20 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and one show on Saturday, August 21 at 2 p.m.
