March Happening Saturday To Fight Islamophobia, Honour Victims Of London Terror Attack

A march is being held downtown to fight Islamophobia.

It will start at the Markaz-Ul-Islam and end at the provincial building on Franklin Avenue.

The march comes after after four-members of a Muslim family were killed and another seriously injured in an act of terror in London, Ontario.

Multiple individuals will also speak before taking to the streets.

This includes Markaz-Ul-Islam Mohammed Ali Al-Zabidi, Mayor Don Scott, MLA Tany Yao, and Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation Chief Allan Adam.

The march takes place on Saturday and will underway at 6:30 p.m.
