On-street parking won’t be allowed this week in multiple neighbourhoods across the community.

The RMWB is activating subzones 1 and 2, through their winter maintenance zone program, from February 22 – 26.

Residents in these zones won’t be allowed to park on their street for one day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Street maintenance is prioritized by the condition of the roads, with those in need of clearing most being completed first.

While the teams are working to stay on schedule, vehicles parked in active WMZs and equipment breakdowns can slow down their progress.
