A snowfall warning is being issued for Fort McMurray and surrounding areas.

Environment Canada says we could get between 10 – 20 cm of snow over the next 24 hours.

The snow is expected to come from the west and impact Northern Alberta.

The weather is expected to clear up by Tuesday evening.

In the meantime, Environment Canada is reminding motorists to drive to conditions as roads may be slippery and visibility may be reduced suddenly.
