RCMP Asking For Public’s Help Finding Stolen Portable X-Ray Machine

Wood Buffalo RCMP are asking the public for help retrieving a stolen portable x-ray machine.

On August 26, a vehicle was broken into along Eagle Ridge Boulevard between Confederation Way and Loutit Road.

Multiple items were reportedly stolen including the x-ray machine which is valued at around $50,000.

The Mounties are asking those who are looking to purchase one of these machines and see one being advertised online to inquire about the make, model, and serial number as they have this information on hand.

They’re also looking to obtain video surveillance of the area. The machine is expected to have been taken between 11 p.m. on August 25 and 6:30 a.m. on August 26.

Anyone with information is asked to contact RCMP at 780-788-4040 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
