The RMWB is accepting applications for two different grants.

Through the Community Investment Program, non-profits can apply for the community impact grant while athletes and performers can apply for the games legacy grant.

Organizations can receive up to $100,000 for their community programs and projects, up to $20,000 for community events, and up to $50,000 for new events.

Projects and events must contribute to the RMWB’s 2018-2021 strategic plan.

The games legacy grant provides up to $1,500 for individuals and up to $3,000 for teams competing or training at a provincial, national, or international level.

The deadline to apply is 4:30 p.m. on September 18.

Municipal staff are also available to help during the application process. Those interested are asked to call the Pulse Line at 780-743-7000.
