No New COVID-19 Cases Across RMWB

No new cases of COVID-19 are being found in the RMWB over the past 24-hours.

The province announced on Tuesday 80 new cases across Alberta.

This raises the provincial total to 10,470 with 1,397 currently active.

Three cases remain active in Fort McMurray and 10 in the rural areas. Ten of these cases were discovered over the weekend.

Across the RMWB, 97 individuals – 56 in Fort McMurray and 41 in the rural areas – have recovered from the virus.

They are among the 8,886 who’ve recovered across the province. This represents under 85 per cent of reported cases.

Meanwhile, the provincial death toll is now at 187.

None of the deaths have been in the RMWB.
