No New Cases of COVID-19 in RMWB

No new cases of COVID-19 are being reported in Wood Buffalo over the past 24-hours.

The province announced today 77 new cases in Alberta. This puts the provincial total at 8,596 with 592 currently active.

Fort McMurray saw three recoveries, lowering the active total to four.

The rural areas saw five recoveries on Wednesday; they currently still have 13 active cases.

They are among the 7,844 who’ve recovered across the province. This represents just over 91 per cent of the reported cases.

Meanwhile, there were no deaths reported over the past 24 hours.

None of the deaths have been in the RMWB.
