No New COVID-19 Cases in RMWB, 40 Across Province

No new cases of COVID-19 are popping up in the RMWB over the past 24 hours.

The province announced on Saturday 40 new cases across Alberta – raising the total to 7,138.

Four individuals continue to have the virus in Fort McMurray.

Twenty-four people in the RMWB, 21 in Fort McMurray and three in the rural areas, have recovered.

They are among the 6,656 who’ve recovered across the province. This represents 93 per cent of the reported cases.

Meanwhile, there were no new deaths over the past 24-hours.

None of the deaths have been in Wood Buffalo.
