Certain COVID-19 Measures Slightly Relaxed for People Working on Flood

Measures against COVID-19 are being slightly relaxed for people helping with the flood.

The province announced on Tuesday that staff and volunteers don’t have to stay two metres from each other and gatherings no longer have to be 15 people or less.

Those in the RMWB who aren’t helping with the flood must continue to follow these measures.

Those who don’t can still be fined.

Meanwhile, the province is shipping additional masks to the community to help limit the spread of the virus.
