Virtual Roundtable On COVID-19 Being Held For Small and Medium-Size Businesses

A virtual roundtable is being held for businesses impacted by COVID-19.

Wood Buffalo Economic Development Corporation is hosting the meeting on Friday where they’ll be discussing the pandemic and the needs across the sector.

“Our business community is responding and adapting to the business challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Kevin Weidlich, President & CEO of the WBEDC.

Small and medium-sized businesses will be given a chance to ask questions by submitting them to a moderator online or by emailing [email protected].

“We encourage all businesses to participate as we can use this forum to connect and learn from one another as we navigate through these times,” added Natasha Hartson, Director of Entrepreneurship & Innovation for WBEDC.

The roundtable gets started at 10 a.m. on Friday.

People can register for the roundtable online.
