Multiple measures are being taken to better protect people using Diversified Transportation.

The organization, which provides service to multiple oil companies, is increasing its cleaning protocols and bringing in new steps to limit the spread of the virus.

This includes cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces on a regular basis and providing disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizers at the front of each bus.

Washrooms are also being locked down and isolated.

In a statement to Mix News, Diversified says the health and safety of passengers, partners, and employees is their top priority.

“All coaches and buses are cleaned both internally and externally at regular intervals. Recently, we have increased the frequency, methodology, and materials used to complete this work.”

Meanwhile, oil companies are also increasing the number of trips being taken to lower capacity and have passengers meet social distancing requirements.

Additional measures are also being undertaken at each site once the worker arrives.
