Former Barenaked Ladies’ Frontman Stephen Page To Play Keyano Theatre

The former frontman for the Barenaked Ladies is coming to Fort McMurray.

On Tuesday, Keyano College announced Canadian singer Stephen Page will be gracing the stage at Keyano Theatre later this month.

Page was the lead for iconic Canadian rock group, Barenaked Ladies for more than 20 years.

He began a solo career, releasing five albums after he left the band in 2009 and he was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2017.

The concert is a part of the Syncrude Arts Alive series.

“We are thrilled to host such a well-known Canadian icon in Fort McMurray,” Keyano Theatre Director Alan Roberts said in a news release.

Page will be performing classics from his days with Barenaked Ladies and new original music at Keyano Theatre on January 22.
