Wood Buffalo RCMP is investigating a suspicious death.

Around 7:30 a.m. on Monday, the Mounties responded to reports of a human body left near Tower Road.

When police arrived, they located a deceased male.

Police are now asking for anyone who travelled on the road between November 10 to the morning of November 11 to contact them.

They note they are looking to obtain all video including dash cameras and trail cameras from the road over this time period.

The investigation is still in its preliminary stages as the Mounties process the scene.

An autopsy is being conducted in Edmonton later this week at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
